Survey & Point Cloud
Laser scanning and capture of existing conditions.
Using laser scanning, GNSS, Total Station and drone survey, we capture the site with millimetre accuracy. The result is a dense point cloud that reflects real, existing conditions — not assumptions from outdated drawings.

Modeling
Intelligent 3D modeling aligned with project standards.
The point cloud or CAD data becomes an intelligent, editable BIM model. Architecture, structure and MEP are modeled to the level of detail your project needs, built to your standards from the start.

Coordination
Clash detection, coordination and issue resolution.
Disciplines are federated into a single coordinated model. Automated clash detection flags conflicts before they reach site, and every issue is tracked with your team until it's genuinely resolved.

Documentation
Drawings, schedules and deliverables produced.
Once the model is coordinated, we extract construction drawings, schedules, specifications and bills of quantities directly from it — accurate by construction, not by redraw.
